3. Purpose of Processing
Personal data is processed exclusively for: executing contracted technical services, communicating project updates and support responses, processing payments, and complying with legal obligations under Spanish and EU law.
4. Data Retention
Client data is retained for the duration of the service contract plus 24 months for warranty and compliance purposes. Contact form submissions are deleted after 12 months if no business relationship is established.

Terms of Service
1. Service Scope
ZenithCodeNetwork provides technology services including but not limited to DevOps pipeline automation, legacy architecture modernization, cloud infrastructure management, and proactive technical support. All services are delivered from our office at Plaza Mayor 5, 34001 Palencia, Spain.
2. Payment Terms
Service fees are quoted per project and must be paid in full before work commences, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance. Late payments incur a 2% monthly surcharge.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all custom code, configurations, and documentation developed specifically for the client become the client's property. ZenithCodeNetwork retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies used during service delivery.
4. Service Level Agreements
Specific SLAs including uptime guarantees, response times, and resolution targets are defined in individual service contracts. Standard support response time is under 2 hours during business hours (09:00–18:00 CET).
5. Limitation of Liability
ZenithCodeNetwork's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. All completed work up to the termination date must be compensated. Confidentiality obligations survive termination for a period of 24 months.
Refund Policy
1. Eligibility
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original payment date. Services that have been substantially commenced or completed are not eligible for full refunds.
2. Partial Refunds
If work has been partially completed, a proportional refund may be issued based on the percentage of work remaining. The determination of partial completion is made by ZenithCodeNetwork's project managers in good faith.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds: completed work delivered and accepted, third-party licensing fees incurred on behalf of the client, and infrastructure setup costs already provisioned.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the original invoice number.
5. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding refunds shall be resolved through mediation in Palencia, Spain, before pursuing legal proceedings. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before escalating to formal dispute channels.
